Shipping & Delivery

We will ship your order the next business day after payment received.

• -FREE standard shipping on all Australian orders (shipped with Australia Post). This does not include any return shipping.
• -Express Post available on all Australian orders also, this will incur an $8.99AUD fee. Use this option for urgent parcels.
• -All other international orders incur a flat rate of $20AUD for regular international shipping.
• -NB: Parcels returned to Jungle Spice due to incomplete/insufficient address details will incur postage fees for a re-send. Australia Post will no longer leave mail cards notifying you to pick up a waiting parcel, ensure that you give an address where someone is readily available to receive items.

Shipments are made via traditional postal method. The shipping slip and return address are completed as per postal requirement. The packaging does not suggest the contents and is not labelled as a lingerie item. Products are identified with care and concern for your confidentiality.

Returns & Replacements

Please shop with care, as we have a strict non refundable policy but allow for exchange or credit note, within 14 days of dispatch date. In the event where you are not 100% satisfied please contact us via sales@junglespice.com.au with your invoice/order number and your preference of an exchange or credit note. Items that are to be exchanged or returned need to be done so in original packaging, tags intact, unworn, undamaged and unwashed. Postage for all items returned will not be paid by Jungle Spice. If items are being exchanged please ensure an enclosed postage bag is supplied for items to be shipped back out to you. We reserve the right to refuse a garment for exchange or credit note if garments do not meet the abovementioned criteria, refused garments will not be posted back to you. We do not accept responsibility for returns that are sent by non traceable methods and are not received.
